Project Overview
The existing rigid frame structure crossing over Highway 400 was demolished during a full closure of the highway, and replaced with a NU1600 girder bridge with sympathetic heritage features to mimic the existing structure. The profile of Line 11 was raised by 2.5 m to accommodate the new structure, which was designed to accommodate the future 10 lane widening of Highway 400.
