In keeping with the growth in this area of the construction industry, Dufferin Construction’s Partnership Ventures department explores opportunities to work with new partners that complement our expertise and help us successfully execute projects. Dufferin Construction’s partnership requirements include Design, Construction, Finance, Operations and Maintenance.

Dufferin participates in Alternative Delivery Model projects including Public-Private Partnerships (P3 or PPP). They include Design-Build, Design-Build-Finance, Design-Build-Finance-Maintain, Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain and Construction Management/General Contractor.
