Students come from all over Ontario to complete internships at Dufferin. Our Co-op program exposes them to the province’s largest infrastructure projects.

If you choose to apply to the program, be ready to work hard. We will challenge you. But, in return, you’ll be mentored by a diverse group of professional engineers and business people. You’ll grow more than you can imagine. And you’ll gain experience that can’t be taught in a classroom.

Apply yourself in the real world

Co-op students are always looking for a strong way to get real world knowledge and on the job training. They often work as Construction Coordinators, assisting the projects’ leaders.

While on the job, new employees receive mentorship and take part in training programs. They experience many facets of the business and pursue the areas they are most interested in.
